Our leather journals are monogrammed in Times New Roman font. We can fit up to 4 characters (including symbols such as & and full stops). The letter height is approximately 8mm. We monogram your Executive journal exactly as entered in the text box. Please check your capital and lower case letters. Please double check your spelling (especially if you have auto-correct on). Spillard & Dean takes no responsibility for incorrect monogram details. Unless we made the mistake of course.

Due to the nature of personalised and monogram items, Spillard & Dean is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our Executive journal (excluding manufacturing faults). We do not refund or replace items for change of mind or incorrect monogram or address details (unless the mistake was ours). Once the item has been monogrammed we cannot make changes. Please be aware that colours may be slightly different due to lighting and monitor displays. Leather is a natural product and every item is unique. This means that no two products will be the same. It is normal for there to be some small variations between products including creases and colour. These are not manufacturing faults.
